Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle Overview Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California. Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team Responsibilities The Regional VP of Revenue Cycle leads the overall regional market strategy, optimization, implementation, and end-to-end management of revenue cycle operations, acute care and outpatient facilities. Key areas of responsibility include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient financial services, and coordination with HIM, Coding, Utilization Review, Charge Master, and Clinical Documentation. Partners closely with the offshore team in managing end-to-end revenue cycle efficiency and results. Identifies trends and assists in managing payor trends, productivity, AR management, DNFB, payor and patient cashflow, denials, including coordination with other departments onshore and offshore. Maintains a good working relationship with all facilities in the region to ensure clear communication. Effectively interacts with patients, other health team members, and physicians, while maintaining a standard of professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Five (5) or more years of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management experience required. Previous regional Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred. Experience working with Epic and Meditech required. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills required. Advanced computer skills required.Possess strong knowledge of health plan requirements. Experience in managing blended onshore and offshore model. Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $147,000.00 to $250,000.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
