Holy Family Catholic Regional School Division is seeking a highly motivated educator with visionary leadership to fill the role of Temporary Vice-Principal at Holy Family School in Grimshaw, Alberta. The Temporary Vice-Principal position runs from January 5, 2026, to June 26, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be offered a Temporary Administration contract and must be willing to work as a valued member of the administrative team, demonstrating a passion for instructional leadership, initiative, and a commitment to Catholic education. The successful candidate will be a member of the school’s administrative team and participate in division training and initiatives. The assignment designation will be approximately 0.50 Teacher assignment dependent on the candidate's skillset Holy Family School offers a broad range of courses and programming for grades K-9. The ideal candidate will: Will be eligible to be a teacher in the province of Alberta. Will be a member of the school’s administrative team and participate in training and initiatives. Be a practicing Catholic who demonstrates a commitment to the Catholic faith. Support building a culture of high expectations for students and staff, promoting and modeling lifelong learning. Cultivate a climate of mutual respect with students, promoting engagement and positive behavioral support. Demonstrate effective communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Has experience and a proven track record as a teacher leader. Effectively support the planning and management of the resources of the school.
