Our distribution network spans all major channels across Canada. Position Summary We are seeking a high‑performing Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in New Brunswick. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment and takes ownership of their territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving growth within their assigned territory. Depending on experience, the position may be offered as Junior Territory Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand sales within New Brunswick. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular in‑person visits to pharmacies to take orders, process returns and provide product updates. Increase market share by following an established call cycle and engaging both new and existing customers. Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and account accuracy. Gather and share market insights and customer feedback with internal departments to identify opportunities and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools. Represent Auro Pharma with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first attitude. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements 3–5 years of B2B or field sales experience, ideally in a target‑driven environment. Experience in the generic or healthcare industry is a strong asset. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Knowledge of territory management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, organized, and results‑oriented. Comfortable working independently and managing a road‑based territory. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital reporting tools. Valid driver’s license and owns a reliable vehicle. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Proficiency in French is an advantage.
