Stellar is is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst, Maximo to join our major Richmond-based client for a hybrid opporunity. The right applicant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our client's Maximo system, including integrations with other systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions for new software enhancement requests, analyzing business problems, potential solutions, and business value to inform enhancement investment decisions
- Collaborate with business SMEs to develop comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and business processes that align expectations with software capabilities
- Perform change impact assessments to identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder concerns throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support the development and implementation of end-user training programs to ensure stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the system
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness assessments to track progress and address any resistance to new system implementations
- Define the scope, goals, and deliverables for enhancement projects, following YVR IT PMO processes and ensuring proper documentation is created and maintained
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of business analysis or project management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise-class applications and software development in medium to large-sized organizations.
- 5+ years of experience working within enterprise asset management, specifically in acquire-to-retire business domains, with experience in IBM Maximo preferred.
- General awareness of IT disciplines, including Enterprise Architecture, Cloud-based Computing (SaaS), Cyber Security, and Infrastructure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Pay Rate: $90-95.00/hour
