Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis efforts for the Flow Management System, ensuring integration with data warehousing and analytics platforms
  • Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements, focusing on data flows, reporting, and predictive analytics
  • Develop and maintain detailed data mapping, process flows, and system integration documentation, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and traceability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Agile development environments
  • Use SQL and data analytics tools to conduct deep-dive analysis on data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • Drive system integration and data migration efforts and ensure smooth transitions between legacy and cloud-based solutions

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence
  • Expertise in data modeling, data governance, and documentation of data pipelines
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) for reporting and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based solutions, such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, including familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for both business and technical stakeholders

Pay Rate: $85-105.00/hour
