Accountabilities Architect End-to-End Solutions for HRIS, time & attendance, and payroll systems. Define integration strategies and maintain data synchronization across systems. Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical blueprints. Guide technical teams through the entire delivery process, ensuring high standards. Collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive employee data. Evaluate configurations to ensure future-proofing of systems. Requirements 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles. Bilingual in English and French. Hands-on integration experience with SAP platforms. Proficient in APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS, ETL, and data mapping. Deep understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and attendance.
