Own Integration Strategy: Define APIs, middleware, ETL flows, and real‑time data exchange patterns in coordination with system integrators. Bridge Business & Technology: Translate HR, time & attendance, and payroll requirements into actionable technical blueprints. свадьLead Technical Delivery: Guide teams through design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring that solutions meet performance and compliance standards. Champion Data Integrity & Security: Collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive employee data and maintain strong governance.
