Role & Responsibilities Preparation and verification of daily cash reports Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role Supervising and supporting the on the floor Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory Update staff's schedule and changes Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service Involved in the making of and receiving food orders Receive payment for all services provided to the customer Listen and respond to customer complaints Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times Relieve Servers as required Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment Mature, energetic, dependable and self‑motivated Natural ability to lead a team Detail oriented with good communication skills Strong customer service skills Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel POS system experience is an asset Cash handling experience High volume experience Handle stress in a professional manner Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
