Overview Reference #:8104Location: Nunavut (Remote)Type: Sub-contract Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer, for one of our key clients. The Senior Network Engineer will play a key role in maintaining, securing and optimizing the network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on remote access services. This includes designing, implementing and managing secure connectivity for staff, vendors and partners through Zscaler and Palo Alto Prisma/Global Protect solutions, while ensuring the stability and security of LAN/WAN/MAN infrastructures. Responsibilities The Senior Network Engineer will: Maintain, secure and optimize the network infrastructure with an emphasis on remote access services. Design, implement and manage secure connectivity for staff, vendors and partners through Zscaler and Palo Alto Prisma/Global Protect solutions. Ensure stability and security of LAN/WAN/MAN infrastructures. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or equivalent. A minimum of five (5) years in enterprise-level network engineering with a focus on remote access and security solutions. Demonstrated expertise in Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and Palo Alto Prisma/Global Protect. Proven experience with Cisco DNA, SD-WAN, Meraki wireless, and 802.1x authentication. Demonstrated experience Proficient in network and remote access troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, packet analyzers, logging platforms). Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
