Provide direction and leadership to the field sales team, managing performance through coaching and development. Participate in the development and execution of district strategic plans. Establish strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction. Manage district sales expenses within the established budget. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure execution meets expectations. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies. Report on district performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the packaged consumer goods sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue growth. Experience in developing and executing annual sales plans. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Power BI, CRM 365, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS. Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
