Accountabilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume and gross margin objectives.

- Provide direction and leadership to the field sales team, managing performance through coaching and development.

- Participate in the development and execution of district strategic plans.

- Establish strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

- Manage district sales expenses within the established budget.

- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure execution meets expectations.

- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.

- Report on district performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the packaged consumer goods sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue growth.

- Experience in developing and executing annual sales plans.

- Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Power BI, CRM 365, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.

- Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Acceptable criminal record check.
