Charter Specialist/Scheduler Standard Bus Contracting is currently seeking a charter administration support professional to join our team in Whitehorse. This role is responsible for addressing the needs of charter customers and delivering exceptional customer service. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Quote customers on charter requests Assign bids to drivers Answer phone calls, return messages, and handle inquiries Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner Assist charter drivers with questions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations Prepare charter waybills promptly for clients Knowledge and Skills Required Knowledge of Highway Traffic Acts and Regulations Knowledge of federal Hours of Service legislation Multitasking and ability to handle high-volume of workloads Map reading ability with knowledge of Whitehorse and the Territory Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional conduct within a high-volume environment Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office Working Conditions This is a permanent, part-time position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
