UE Systems is a global leader in industrial ultrasound technology and reliability solutions. Our Engineering Team of 8 developers and product specialists designs and supports the OnTrak Connected Reliability Platform—an IIoT system that integrates edge sensors (e.g., 950BT), Bluetooth gateways, embedded firmware, cloud dashboards, and mobile tools to automate and optimize bearing monitoring and lubrication in industrial settings. Job Description – What You’ll Do Cybersecurity Leadership Serve as the Engineering Team’s cybersecurity specialist Respond to customer cybersecurity reviews and compliance questionnaires Collaborate with cloud partners on secure deployment and patching Help define and enforce security best practices across our stack Software Quality Assurance (Nice to Have Skills) Own and evolve the testing strategy for OnTrak software (firmware, cloud, web, and mobile apps) Develop and execute automated and manual test cases Create and manage test plans, test cases, and bug reports within our Jira-based workflow Approve and merge software releases with confidence across various environments Work closely with developers to ensure release readiness and defect traceability Coding & Integration Develop test automation scripts and integration test environments Participate in code reviews and manage version control in Git/Jira Qualifications Required Skills Strong automation and debugging experience Proficient with Jira, Git, CI/CD Familiar with BLE, embedded systems, or IoT Knowledge of authentication, encryption, and secure coding Familiar with OWASP, NIST, SOC2, or ISO 27001 (a plus) Knowledge in Software QA or Test Engineering Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate closely with our 8-person Engineering Team, including embedded developers, cloud engineers, and UI/UX designers. You’ll also work with Product Management and Customer Success to ensure quality and secure product delivery for top-tier industrial customers.
