Infrastructure Analyst

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, integrating, and supporting Genoa’s IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with operations and development teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems, while also helping to maintain compliance, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve the technological environment. Position Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support infrastructure systems including servers, networking equipment, and security solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, develop implementation plans and provide regular updates on project or service delivery. Ensure systems meet availability, performance, security, and compliance objectives while monitoring and analyzing capacity issues. Assist in managing and supporting network connectivity and communication systems. Implement and maintain identity and access management systems to align with security protocols. Respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and problem tickets while supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response efforts Perform advanced administrative tasks across on-premises servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments and maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure assets, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with operations and facilities teams on data room and equipment needs. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–7 years’ experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, or similar. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Azure Admin, Windows Server Hybrid Admin, Fortinet, CompTIA Server+/Network+). Experience supporting multi-tier applications across endpoints, servers, databases, and services. Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, M365, Active Directory, SQL Server, and ManageEngine. Familiar with Windows and Linux OS. Experience with AutoCAD/ShipConstructor/Cadmatic is an asset. Understanding of data privacy and security standards (e.g., NIST 800 series).
