Key Responsibilities
• Design and run programming that builds community strength
• Facilitate education on rights and tenancy responsibilities
• Guide tenants in mental health awareness and coping strategies
• Develop connections and promote skills sharing among tenants
• Lead crisis intervention efforts and support
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, or similar
• Relevant social services experience with marginalized groups
• Knowledge of supportive housing environments
• Bilingual abilities in English and French are an asset
