As a Senior Software Developer at Dialogue, you will report to the Manager of Software Development, Malik Lewis. Your primary mission is to design and build robust, scalable applications and API services that empower clients to offer exceptional healthcare solutions. Collaborate with product management to prioritize tasks, produce clear technical design documentation, and improve team abilities through mentorship and code reviews. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate mission-critical applications and API services
- Collaborate on refining and prioritizing project work items
- Write technical design documentation for team alignment
- Develop clear, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews and guidance
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and API design
- Expertise in data structures and algorithms for scalable systems
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to work with Python, React Native, and cloud services
- Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus
