We’re looking for an HR Consultant to join our Talent Development team—someone who’s energized by building capability and making learning stick. In this role, you’ll lead training intake and needs assessments, then design and deliver learning experiences that help employees and leaders grow the skills they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs, and instructional design to ensure programs align with SGI and SGI CANADA’s priorities—and you’ll use feedback and data to continuously improve
