Job Summary: As part of the North America Marketing team, the Retail & Digital Marketing Specialist will drive visibility, growth, and engagement across department stores, pure players, and La Maison Valmont flagships (New York & Beverly Hills), ensuring all activations align with LMV's luxury positioning and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities: Marketing Plan, Promotions, Department Store Strategy & Execution Translate Valmont's global marketing plan into activations for department stores, pure players, and LMV boutiques. Support and localize social campaigns in collaboration with Head of Marketing, ensuring retailer, boutique, and LMV channels amplify key launches and events. Drive cross-channel consistency in messaging and creative assets across digital, retail, and LMVs. Work closely with supply and logistics for planning and availability of promotions in our warehouses for department stores, pure players, and LMV boutiques Coordinate promotional offers, brief the sales department, operations, customer service and follow-up of promotions Negotiate and manage COOP marketing programs with each retailer, ensuring alignment with LMV's global and local strategy. Monitor sales performance and build tailored action plans by door and by platform to drive incremental growth. Digital & Pure Players Lead the development of pure player partnerships and their digital platforms, ensuring LMV's luxury positioning and maximizing online visibility. Coordinate with HQ to strengthen etailers and pure player presence through enhanced storytelling, brand pages, and performance campaigns. La Maison Valmont Flagships Build La Maison Valmont New York and Beverly Hills Marketing Plan, in collaboration with head offices and local sales and spa team, integrating new product launches, masterclasses, and clientelling experiences. Support La Maison Valmont New York and Beverly Hills with localized marketing activations, aligning with global brand objectives. Amplify boutique activity across social and digital channels, ensuring synergy with North America campaigns and retailer activations. Operational Excellence Manage merchandising activations (counters, boutiques, displays, visuals) with decorators and global merchandising. Coordinate promotional offers and ensure supply/logistics alignment for flawless execution. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to communicate initiatives and track performance. Analysis & Reporting Deliver ongoing sales and competitor analysis for department stores, pure players, and LMV boutiques. Provide regular trend alerts and recommendations to optimize positioning. Report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance across all channels. Résumé du poste : Au sein de l'équipe Marketing Amérique du Nord, le/la Spécialiste Marketing Retail & Digital sera chargé(e) de développer la visibilité, la croissance et l'engagement au sein des grands magasins, pure players et des boutiques La Maison Valmont (New York & Beverly Hills), en veillant à ce que toutes les activations soient alignées sur le positionnement luxe et la stratégie marketing de LMV. Responsabilités principales: Plan marketing, promotions, stratégie & exécution en grands magasins Traduire le plan marketing global de Valmont en activations pour les grands magasins, pure players et boutiques LMV. Soutenir et localiser les campagnes sociales en collaboration avec la direction Marketing, afin de renforcer les lancements clés et les événements via les canaux des détaillants, boutiques et LMV. Assurer la cohérence cross-canal des messages et des assets créatifs entre le digital, le retail et les LMV. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe supply chain et logistique pour planifier et garantir la disponibilité des promotions dans les entrepôts pour les grands magasins, pure players et boutiques LMV. Coordonner les offres promotionnelles, briefer les équipes commerciales, opérations, service client, et assurer le suivi des promotions. Négocier et gérer les programmes marketing COOP avec chaque détaillant, en assurant un alignement avec la stratégie globale et locale de LMV. Suivre la performance des ventes et élaborer des plans d'action personnalisés par point de vente et par plateforme pour stimuler la croissance. Digital & Pure Players Développer les partenariats avec les pure players et leurs plateformes digitales, en garantissant le positionnement luxe de LMV et en maximisant la visibilité en ligne. Coordonner avec le siège pour renforcer la présence sur les e-retailers et pure players grâce à un storytelling enrichi, des pages marque optimisées et des campagnes de performance. Boutiques La Maison Valmont Construire le plan marketing des boutiques La Maison Valmont New York et Beverly Hills, en collaboration avec les sièges et les équipes locales de vente et spa, intégrant lancements produits, masterclasses et expériences client. Soutenir les boutiques de New York et Beverly Hills avec des activations marketing localisées, alignées sur les objectifs globaux de la marque. Amplifier l'activité des boutiques sur les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes digitales, en assurant une synergie avec les campagnes Amérique du Nord et les activations des détaillants. Excellence opérationnelle Gérer les activations merchandising (comptoirs, boutiques, présentoirs, visuels) avec les décorateurs et l'équipe merchandising globale. Coordonner les offres promotionnelles et assurer l'alignement supply/logistique pour une exécution irréprochable. Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, opérations et service client pour communiquer les initiatives et suivre leur performance. Analyse & Reporting Fournir une analyse continue des ventes et de la concurrence pour les grands magasins, pure players et boutiques LMV. Proposer des alertes tendances et des recommandations pour optimiser le positionnement.Rapporter les KPIs, le ROI et les performances des campagnes sur l'ensemble des canaux. Qualifications · Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou domaine connexe · Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire · Solides compétences analytiques, sens du détail et précision · Expérience dans l'industrie de la beauté et/ou du luxe (un atout)· Expérience dans la gestion de promotions pour une clientèle haut de gamme · Excellente maîtrise de la suite Office · Excellentes aptitudes à gérer les priorités et à conduire plusieurs projets en parallèle · Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais · Excellentes capacités de communication, tant écrites qu'orales (avec l'équipe et les clients)· Sens de l'initiative et esprit d'équipe · Vision stratégique et sens de l'exécution · Orienté(e) résultats
