We're Hiring: Maintenance ManagerAre you a proactive leader with a strong background in facilities and equipment management? We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee our repair and maintenance department, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.About the Role:As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities. You'll manage installations, upgrades, and vendor relationships while driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the maintenance team, overseeing training, performance, and personnel decisionsEnsure all activities meet or exceed safety standards and regulatory requirementsManage installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilitiesOversee departmental budget and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resourcesConduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and documentationNegotiate contracts with external vendorsEnsure cleanliness and hygiene of company premisesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or facility management (preferred)6+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturingStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, and OutlookExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
