IntroductionOur client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.What You'll DoYou will manage full-cycle sales orders, support internal teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients in the food and grocery sector.
