Then keep reading—this might be your dream role.About UsWe're 247 Fulfillment, a fast-growing Third Party Logistics (3PL) company that handles ecommerce and b2b fulfillment for some of the most innovative brands in Canada and the U.S.We're a team of high performers who believe one A-player is worth five C-players.We're growing fast—people have started with us at entry-level and are now running departments in just a couple of years.What You'll DoAs our Warehouse Manager, you'll own the success of our Ontario fulfillment center and help us scale to the next level.Lead Operations: Oversee all aspects of the site—from inbound receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping.Process & Quality Control: Maintain a clean, efficient, and accurate warehouse that meets 247 Fulfillment's high standards.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a team of All-Stars. Delegate with confidence and develop others into leaders.Hands-On Leadership: Expect to be on your feet. This is an active, fast-moving role (about 20% desk work).Autonomy & Impact: Report to the Operations Manager with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them.Lead the pickers, packers and supervisorsShift scheduling & temp-staffing when necessaryEnsure inventory is accurate in all locations at all timesMaintain an impeccably clean, organized facilityOversee material stock levels to ensure facility has sufficient packaging, void fill and accessoriesWork with Ops manager + supervisors to rework layout as needed to maximize space and improve operationsWhat You BringProven success in inventory and warehouse management (3+ years preferred).Strong leadership that earns respect and inspires performance.A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly.Proficiency in warehouse management software (experience with ShipHero is a huge plus).The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool.Excellent communication skills with both your team and clients.Why You'll Love Working HereThe Challenge: Every day brings new opportunities to improve, adapt, and excel.The Team: Join a culture of driven professionals who take pride in high performance.The Growth: We promote from within and invest in our people.
