What You'll Do As our Warehouse Manager, you'll own the success of our Ontario fulfillment center and help us scale to the next level. Lead Operations: Oversee all aspects of the site—from inbound receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping. Process & Quality Control: Maintain a clean, efficient, and accurate warehouse that meets 247 Fulfillment's high standards. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a team of All-Stars. Delegate with confidence and develop others into leaders. Hands-On Leadership: Expect to be on your feet. This is an active, fast-moving role (about 20% desk work). Autonomy & Impact: Report to the Operations Manager with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them. Lead the pickers, packers and supervisors Shift scheduling & temp-staffing when necessary Ensure inventory is accurate in all locations at all times Maintain an impeccably clean, organized facility Oversee material stock levels to ensure facility has sufficient packaging, void fill and accessories Work with Ops manager + supervisors to rework layout as needed to maximize space and improve operations What You Bring Proven success in inventory and warehouse management (3+ years preferred). Strong leadership that earns respect and inspires performance. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly. Proficiency in warehouse management software (experience with ShipHero is a huge plus). The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool.
