ROLE OVERVIEW My client, an award winning, independent advertising/marketing agency is looking for a Senior Manager, Partnership Strategy & Evaluation who's ready to take a leadership role in shaping strategic partnership marketing initiatives. This position will focus on driving the development, optimization, and evaluation of partnership marketing efforts, helping clients strengthen their sponsorship strategies and maximize their value. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Development: Lead the creation and refinement of partnership marketing strategies to support client objectives across sponsorships and brand collaborations. Evaluation & Insights: Assess client sales materials, proposals, and partnership assets to identify overall value, areas for improvement and strategic alignment Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, overseeing projects from briefing to delivery and ensuring high-quality output. Presentation & Reporting: Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and reports that highlight partnership performance, market insights, and data-driven recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, insights, and sales) to integrate partnership learnings into broader marketing initiatives. Innovation & Optimization: Stay ahead of sponsorship and partnership marketing trends to inform client strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Agency Culture & Morale Contribute to the sharing of ideas, best in class practices and challenges to help in the success of colleagues within the XM team. Support internal pillar teams to continue to foster a positive work environment. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 4+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, partnership strategy, brand strategy, or a related field. Proven ability to research, build data and develop insights that support client decision making Strength in presentation of data/information and develop insights/recommendations via clear, concise and impactful client communications. Strong understanding of marketing evaluation and partnership measurement frameworks. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships with both internal and external working teams Enthusiasm for learning and professional development, with a desire to grow within the field of sponsorship marketing Willing to go to the office downtown Toronto 3 days/week.
