We are looking for a Business Analyst/ Intermediate Project Manager with strong expertise in Snowflake & GCP. Note: Profiles without GCP & Snowflakes experience will not be considered Client: Bank Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Requirement: 4 days a week onsite Duration: 6 months Rate: CAD60-65/hr Incorp Ideal Candidate (Experience and Skills): ● Minimum of 6-10 years of business analysis experience, specifically in system implementation and software projects, with a strong background in designing data lakes and data warehousing components ● Expert in mapping current and future state processes, requirements elicitation and analysis, methodology development, and process optimization ● Strong knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and Tableau platforms, including features and functionality, with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical business users ● Proficient in using Draw.io/Diagrams.net, LucidChart, JIRA, Confluence, and Google Suite applications ● Resourceful, critical thinker, and detail-oriented, capable of supporting sound decision-making for solution options that drive desired business outcomes ● Exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills, emphasizing rapport-building, effective questioning, and technical expertise ● Proven ability to document requirements, technical specifications, diagram processes, and create models (e.g., business requirements documents, data mapping, modeling, and related artifacts)● Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently and working independently. ● Demonstrated experience in negotiating and leading prioritization and scoping discussions with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology vendors
