Business Analyst

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for 2x project-based Business Analysts (Salesforce CRM Consolidation Project) to support the consolidation of legacy CRM systems into Service and Sales Cloud for our client's enterprise Salesforce Program. These are contract with possible extension or FTE, Hybrid but mostly remote.ABOUT THE PROJECTOur client is seeking two (2) experienced Project Business Analysts to join their Salesforce Program Delivery Team. The analysts will play key roles in a major CRM transformation initiative, consolidating a legacy CRM system into Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.Working across the full SDLC, the successful candidates will analyze and document current-state processes, define future-state workflows within Salesforce, and support the design, testing, and deployment of a new Retention Cloud application. This role requires a balance of analytical, technical, and facilitation skills - ideal for business analysts who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative project environments bridging business needs with Salesforce platform capabilities.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Project Business Analyst is responsible for Requirements Discovery & Process Mapping • Analyze existing business processes from the legacy CRM and current Salesforce implementations. • Reverse engineer system logic, workflows, and integrations to document "as-is" process maps. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate "to-be" processes for the new Retention Cloud application. • Create detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and data mappings.Solution Design Collaboration • Partner with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical design recommendations. • Review and validate proposed designs to ensure business alignment and scalability. • Support configuration and integration discussions with Salesforce and MuleSoft teams. • Contribute to data mapping and migration requirements from legacy CRM to Salesforce.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Engage with operations, retention, and sales teams to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions. • Facilitate workshops, demos, and working sessions to confirm functionality and design acceptance. • Serve as a liaison between business users, project management, and technical teams.Testing & Deployment Support • Develop and execute test cases and support UAT cycles. • Validate end-to-end workflows in Salesforce to confirm process accuracy and data integrity. • Assist in coordinating deployment activities and production verification.Documentation & Change Management • Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, mappings, and configurations. • Support the creation of training or reference materials for end users. • Track and communicate change impacts to business stakeholders.ABOUT THE ROLE • Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid) - north Mississauga/Meadowvale • Department: Salesforce Program Delivery Team • Type: Full-time contract role with expected permanent conversion (not guaranteed) • Duration: 6 months (expected end date: March 2026) • Start Date: As soon as possibleQUALIFICATIONS • 4-7+ years of Business Analyst experience in CRM or enterprise system projects. • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud). • Strong background in business process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements elicitation. • Proven experience supporting large-scale system replacement or migration projects. • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, and declarative capabilities. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and business audiences.NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE • Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations or API-based data flows. • Experience in energy or utilities industries. • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification. • Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and documentation. • Exposure to data migration testing and validation methods.TOOLS & ENVIRONMENT • Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Retention Cloud App) • Azure DevOps (for requirements, stories, and testing) • Lucidchart (for process mapping and data flows) • MS Teams (collaboration and workshops) • Agile / Iterative project delivery methodologySOFT SKILLS • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven project environment. • Collaborative and flexible - willing to "jump in" to support multiple workstreams. • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen. • Self-motivated and capable of operating independently when needed.APPLY NOWIf you are interested in finding out more, please contact us or submit your resume.
