Kelly is hiring We are looking for an Office Manager for our client in Saskatoon, SK.The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing administrative, document control, and reception support. This position ensures smooth internal and external communication, maintains organized systems and processes, and supports the Owner with timely updates and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in administrative support within a professional office environment.Please note: this is a 6 month opportunity with a possibility of an extensionKey Responsibilities:Document Control & AdministrationAssist with document control activities, including creating, preparing, proofreading, scanning, filing, naming, and distributing project-related documents.Maintain and manage system folder structures for existing and new projects, ensuring all electronic and physical filing systems are accurate and up to date.Support document control systems in accordance with project and company standards.Clerical & Administrative SupportPerform a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, maintaining organizational charts, managing supplies, taking meeting notes, and handling general administrative tasks.Arrange travel accommodations as required.Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, including coordinating special requests.Reception & Office CoordinationProvide general reception duties, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.Welcome and assist clients and visitors to the office.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, order catering, and support office events as needed.Operations & Asset ManagementManage inventory and oversee all aspects of branch assets, including office equipment, supplies, and building maintenance.Monitor office needs and coordinate with vendors or service providers as required.Communication & ReportingReport updates, concerns, and pertinent operational issues to the Owner in a timely and professional manner.Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Process Improvement~ Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and excellence.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in administrative support or office management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.Basic accounting knowledge.Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentWork Schedule:~ Full-time, standard business hours.Compensation & Benefits:~ Competitive hourly rate starting at $26-28/hr depending on experience.If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further, and apply todayWhy Kelly?As a worker today, it's up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
