About the Role RE/MAX Crest Realty is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and community engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support agent success, and generate high-quality leads • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns, audience targeting, and positioning strategies • Oversee listing promotion across all platforms: ensure consistency and quality in photography, videography, signage, and digital presence • Manage the company’s website, email campaigns, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion • Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and promotional campaigns that support both corporate goals and agent initiatives • Produce and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content, and social media assets • Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to align marketing activities with overall business goals • Liaise with vendors and creative partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing projects • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights • Lead brand communications, including press releases, award announcements, and community outreach What You Bring • 2 3 years of marketing experience • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools • Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills • Experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign reporting • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field What We Offer • Competitive salary of $87,000 annually for a minimum of 32 hours per week • Comprehensive health and dental benefits • On-site, collaborative team environment • Opportunity to work with one of the most trusted names in real estate • Room to grow and make a direct impact on brand success How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to .
