**Who We Are**:
Homei Living is a leading online sales platform specializing in furniture and interior design, catering to a wide range of budgets. Our digital-first approach serves customers, realtors, designers, and developers, with a 9,000 sqft showroom acting as an experience center to boost engagement and visualization. We seek a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives, enhance awareness, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand positioning, market reach, and business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and oversee partnerships with influencers, media, and stakeholders.
- Manage website content, promotional materials, and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to align strategies, enhance the membership program (e.g., Pro membership), and drive sign-ups.
- Plan and execute offline showroom events (housing, construction, lifestyle-focused) to attract audiences, boost memberships, and strengthen partnerships.
- Leverage online channels to promote events and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Design innovative tactics (e.g., promotions, referrals, incentives) to increase GMV, user base, and conversions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of marketing, brand management, or strategic planning experience.
- Proven success in driving growth through marketing strategies and digital execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in real estate, furniture, or interior design, and offline event planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Mandarin is an asset.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: 5000/month
**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
