**Responsibilities of the Marketing Representative**:

- Develop marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders for cross-functional enablement.
- Develop positive relationships with existing and potential customers through personable product presentations.
- Identify target customers and markets.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and promote brand awareness.
- Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to monitor sales data, analyze marketing initiatives performance, and sales records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements for the position of a Marketing Associate**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Full-time availability.
- Must be willing to work in person and travel to our office for work every day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,504.00-$44,824.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
