Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Richmond, BC, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, managing social media engagement, and driving brand growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, coordinating promotional campaigns, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Digital Marketing knowledge, including experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Content Strategy, Brand Strategy, and Social Media Management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Market Research and Data Analytics
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively across in-office and remote tasks
  • Previous experience in the construction, architectural, or related manufacturing industries is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
