In this full-time position, your responsibilities will include:The Role:The Utility Technician (UT below) are system experts in their assigned area, and are highly functional in multiple areas. The UT helps manage the work of the shift technicians.  Utilities include compressed air, HVAC units, water, steam & condensate, chillers and cooling towers.  The UT ensures efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement in his/her area.  The UT manages work for a maintenance area team which is directly responsible for the efficient maintenance of a group of assets to a baseline state. Effectively troubleshoot operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support site objectives.
