Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in North York, ON. The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining proper and accurate project documentation according to each contract.
  • Participating in the preparation and completion of Tenders.
  • Controlling and monitoring projects' progress.
  • Communicating with stakeholders including architects, engineers, building inspectors, contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Promptly reporting and escalating project issues as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in water, sewer, storm infrastructure projects
  • 2 years of experience in project management is preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and project management software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field is preferred
