We're raising the bar on our sales team's success. So, we're searching for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to provide the crucial support that helps us fill our rooms and meeting suites.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Supporting daily sales activities and being the reliable backbone for the sales team.
  • Creating compelling proposals and responding to sales inquiries to help us drive measurable incremental occupancy.
  • Coordinating site tours, managing the sales calendar, and maintaining our CRM system to monitor performance.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients through exceptional service and precision.
  • Producing and assisting with monthly reports and presentations to help track our sales goals.

What we need from you:

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude that is downright infectious.
  • Superb organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a CRM is a strong asset.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for hospitality.
