Key Responsibilities

  • Consultation & Design:
    Provide technical assistance, application engineering, and product recommendations to architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Sales & Quoting:
    Develop project proposals, pricing, bids, and manage sales activities from take-off to order.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling, offering excellent customer service.
  • Project Coordination:
    Oversee project execution, including shop drawings and scheduling, ensuring after-sales support.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated on new HVAC technologies, energy-efficient solutions, and company products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Proven HVAC sales experience, often 3-5+ years in commercial HVAC.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, understand HVAC systems, and provide technical solutions.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Education (Asset):
    Mechanical Engineering degree or related certifications (EIT, CET, MET) are beneficial.
