Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, multi-talented
Growth Marketing Specialist
to bridge the gap between our product's technical capabilities and our sales revenue. This isn't a "stay in your lane" kind of job. You will be the architect of our sales funnel—designing the visuals, writing the technical specs, and then picking up the phone or jumping into the CRM to turn interested leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Design (The "Hook"):
    Use your graphic design skills to create high-converting social ads, email headers, and sales decks.
  • Technical Writing (The "Value"):
    Take complex product features and turn them into easy-to-digest User Guides or Operating Manuals, "how-to" guides, and case studies that build trust with technical buyers.
  • Inside Sales (The "Close"):
    Actively engage with inbound leads. You'll be the first point of contact, qualifying prospects and moving them through the pipeline.
  • CRM Optimization:
    Own the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Ensure every lead is tracked, every interaction is logged, and our automated workflows are actually working.
  • Media Marketing:
    Manage and monitor campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant industry channels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years
    in a marketing, sales, or "growth" role.
  • The Portfolio:
    Ability to show examples of both graphic design work (Canva/Adobe) and technical or professional writing.
  • The Toolkit:
    Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing automation.
  • The Mindset:
    You are a "technical extrovert"—you enjoy the quiet focus of design and writing but get a thrill from closing a deal or helping a customer.
