Lead our confidence journey as Clinic Concierge at our Scarborough Town Centre clinic.

The Clinic Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding experience to clients and assisting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The clinic concierge will be responsible for all clinic communications with clients, this would involve taking care of phone lines, voicemails, the clinic mailbox, and supporting walk in clients. The role supports our Clinic Manager and clinic team in delivering exceptional service to ensure that all clients leave satisfied with their tailored results.

As the Clinic Concierge, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of GOOD by:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients when they enter our clinics
  • Provide an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint
  • Report cash and inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain clinic rooms and reception areas
  • Manage stock and consumer items and replenish as required
  • Passionate about the hair and beauty industry
  • Educate clients on pre and post-care by recommending skin care products
  • Answering questions and assisting walk in clients with booking consultations and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client notes and records

Experience

  • Experience in the beauty industry, especially medical aesthetics is desirable
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in a similar environment; a healthcare, cosmetic or medical setting strongly preferred

Qualifications

  • Completion of Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Qualifications in sales, customer service or administration highly regarded
