Summary
Sushi Masaki Saito is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House (FOH) staffs and servers to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our service team.
This role is central to delivering an exceptional fine-dining experience while upholding the philosophy, standards, and global reputation of Sushi Masaki Saito. The ideal candidate will translate our vision into flawless day-to-day service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations to ensure the highest service standards
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate FOH staff
- Maintain and continuously improve service procedures and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
- Manage reservations and respond to email inquiries
- Monitor inventory and supplies related to FOH operations
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold the brand image and service excellence expected of a world-class restaurant
Requirements
- Proven management experience in fine dining, hospitality, or luxury service environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- English proficiency required; Japanese language skills are a plus
- Experience with sushi, Japanese cuisine, or omakase dining preferred

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
