Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven, organized Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is to work leads that have already been generated, qualify them, document conversations, and follow up professionally until the prospect is ready to request a formal quote.

This is not a full-cycle closing role—at least initially.

Once a prospect requests a quote and is deemed qualified, the file is handed off to the founder to close. As trust is built and results are proven, this role may evolve into a full closer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call pre-qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
  • Conduct professional discovery calls to understand:
  • Company needs
  • Use case
  • Decision-making process
  • Timeline and urgency
  • Accurately log detailed call notes in the CRM or tracking system
  • Manage systematic follow-ups (calls, emails, reminders)
  • Nurture leads until they:
  • Confirm interest
  • Request a formal quote
  • Are ready for founder handoff
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline with clear next steps
  • Communicate regularly with the founder on lead quality and objections heard

What You Are NOT Responsible For (Initially)

  • Pricing
  • Negotiation
  • Contract closing
  • Final deal execution

Those responsibilities transfer only after you've demonstrated consistent performance, professionalism, and closing aptitude.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and professional
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls (no fear of persistence)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to listen, not just pitch
  • Understands that sales is process-driven, not personality-driven
  • Prior B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead qualification experience preferred
  • CRM experience is a plus (but not required if you're organized)

  • Calls made per day
  • Meaningful conversations held
  • Qualified leads progressed to quote requests
  • Quality and completeness of call notes
  • Follow-up consistency
  • Conversion rate from lead → quote request

This role is intentionally designed as a prove-yourself position.

…will be given the opportunity to take over closing responsibilities and participate in recurring long term commissions.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
