What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook meals that are flavorful, nutritious, and beautifully presented.
  • Assist in menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Train and support kitchen staff to ensure top-notch service.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Interact with residents to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
What We're Looking For
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Food handler's permit (or ability to obtain one).
