A family-owned manufacturer of Custom Cabinets & Doors for 45+ years. We're growing and need a key team member. This role is designed to grow with the company.
The Job:
Be the operational hub of our office. You'll handle front-desk duties, critical bookkeeping, and support production. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Key Duties:
- Answer and direct all phone calls and emails.
- Process invoicing, estimates, and production orders using QuickBooks.
- Create schedules, bids, and office documents (MS Office/Excel).
- Manage mail, couriers, filing, and meeting schedules.
- Assist with payroll and other office functions as needed.
You Are:
- Experienced in an administrative role.
- Skilled with QuickBooks (must-have) and MS Office.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- A clear communicator and a reliable team player.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
