As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Property Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Junior Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties under the guidance of a senior manager. This role involves tenant communication, coordinating maintenance, administrative duties, and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily management of residential/commercial properties
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and follow up on repairs and maintenance work with vendors and contractors
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Help prepare lease agreements, renewal notices, and move-in/move-out documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, payments, and maintenance activities
  • Support rent collection and follow up on late payments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and local housing laws
  • Assist in marketing and showing vacant units

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • No previous experience needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) is an asset
