About the role
Receptionist (12-Month Contract)

Location: Edmonton

Schedule: Shifts between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotations

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in supporting patients and our clinical team by:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with kindness and professionalism.
  • Answering and directing calls, responding to messages, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Managing mail, deliveries, and clinic supplies.
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork, scanning, and filing.
  • Coordinating meetings, arranging catering, and keeping shared spaces tidy and welcoming.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience (medical or clinic setting is an asset).
  • Strong computer skills and confident with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent communication — professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
