Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, and lead our team. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and support the company's growth objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring smooth workflow and effective manpower allocation. Hire workers and assist with onboarding process.
  • Place material orders and coordinate deliveries to meet schedule deadlines.
  • Attend site meetings and pull planning sessions. Submit RFIs to general contractors when needed.
  • Provide weekly updates to General Manager for each site.
  • Assist Controller with determining monthly invoicing for each project.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Construction experience in steel framing, drywall, and/or finishing, or similar trade.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a relevant industry.
  • Ability to read blueprints and complete takeoffs for material ordering.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and communicate with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office Suite (Teams, OneNote, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
