We are hiring
Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
for
all of our rental locations
, including:

  • Delta (Vancouver), BC
  • Abbotsford (near Vancouver), BC
  • Whitehorse, YT
  • Leduc (Edmonton), AB
  • Airdrie (Calgary), AB
  • Cookstown (near Toronto), ON
  • Montreal, QC
  • Bedford (Halifax), NS

Both
full-time and part-time seasonal positions
are available.

The season typically
starts as early as April and runs through September or October
, depending on location.

Hourly wage: $18–$22
, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates:

  • Are fluent in
    German or Dutch
  • Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Are reliable, energetic, and team-oriented

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Provide RV rental information and guidance
  • Complete rental paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
  • Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes)
  • Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns
  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English plus
    German or Dutch
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Comfortable working with an international clientele
  • Available to work
    weekends
    and in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for great customer experiences
