Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Sales Representative based in Delta, BC. The Financial Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide financial advice and solutions, driving sales, assisting customers with loan needs, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Additional tasks include operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to effectively assist clients with various loan products and credit solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and assisting clients with their needs in a professional manner.
  • Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets, as well as a focus on results-driven performance.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Relevant experience in the financial industry is an asset, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service and financial solutions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields are preferred.
