We're now looking for a Client Onboarding & Account Manager to join our global operations team — someone who can bridge the gap between innovation and execution, turning client relationships into long-term success stories.


Position: Client Onboarding & Account Manager

Employment Type: Hybrid

Compensation: Commission


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process from initial communication to order initiation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for international buyers, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand DNA, product needs, and sourcing expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — sourcing, merchandising, quality, and logistics — to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain client profiles, project timelines, and performance metrics through CRM and internal tracking tools.
  • Oversee sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups to ensure consistency in quality and delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and new sourcing avenues for existing clients.
  • Manage after-sales service, feedback collection, and issue resolution professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in garment sourcing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
  • Experience managing global clients in the apparel sector will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel reporting.
