Who you are?
- You have the drive to be successful and build out your book of business…we have the support and infrastructure to help get you there
- Experience running a 360-recruitment desk, filling Banking, Financial or Accounting positions…from client prospecting and management, to sourcing and assessing candidates, to developing and managing relationships, all to ensure a successful recruitment process.
- You adore the business development process and leveraging a network to bring on new clients.
- You have an innate curiosity to thoroughly understand the needs of the client to ensure a successful placement.
- You get excited about identifying fantastic candidates for great roles for the next step in their careers.
- You are obsessive about building strong relationships and are a true people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
