What you will do
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for IT roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles (e.g., cloud architects, ERP and CRM implementation consultants, software engineers, data scientists).
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with KPMG's values.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and technology communities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with technology hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
What you bring to the role
  • Deep knowledge of the digital and tech talent market nationally: expertise in sourcing IT professionals.
  • 5-7 years of full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on IT roles across various domains, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skillsets, certifications, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for the latest innovative personnel search tools
  • A strong interest in technology and entrepreneurship. You are hungry for context and information
  • Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature and ability to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
