Overview

We are excited to announce that we are hiring for host/hostess within our dynamic team As the first point of contact, our hosts set the tone for great service. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and friendly individual to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations or take out orders when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and host stand area
  • Provide information about menu items, restaurant features, or promotions
  • Support the team during busy periods and help ensure guests have enjoyable experience
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as host/hostess or in customer service is an asset
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable
