We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Manage seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest experience.

  • Maintain the waitlist and take reservations when applicable.

  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

  • Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized.

  • Assist with answering phone calls and providing basic information to customers.

  • Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
